About Florens
Rebecca Zakelj Moeller is a dentist and clinical instructor at the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Her own experiences with cycle charting led her to the discovery of several health issues and the eventual diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid disease and endometriosis, which may have otherwise gone undetected and untreated for years. She has become a firm believer in using the menstrual cycle as a window for viewing general health and fertility but has been disappointed in the lack of support for this in the broader healthcare professions. She started Florens Women’s Wellness with the goal of sharing this knowledge with women far and wide to help them to become stronger advocates for their own healthcare.
